Pricing
Even though the costs for offshore outsourced projects are lower we encourage customers to consult with us before making a decision. Not all projects may be suitable for outsourcing offshore. H-Prog will provide you with free evaluation of all available options and costs associated with the project.
H-Prog may agree to perform work on an hourly rate basis and will provide an estimated time to complete this project. If during the course of such work H-Prog determines that the job will require substantially more hours than estimated H-Prog may advise the customer who may then choose not to complete the task. In this case, all hours spent will be charged to the customer.
H-Prog hourly rates for projects start at $15 per consultant hour for offshore outsourced projects to $35 depending on the complexity of the task. The number of consultants to be assigned to each task depends on the client's timeframe and/or preference.
H-Prog may agree to perform work for a fixed price in accordance with an in advance agreed specification. In this case, the agreed specification is binding and all additional or previously unspecified work, additions and modifications will be billed to the customer at an hourly rate or an additional contract will be created for work specified. A 25% payment is required prior to commencement, 25% after Beta and the balance payable upon completion of work.
If the scope of the project changes prior to the completion of the project, both sides can reserve the right to renegotiate the agreed upon price.
H-Prog gives a 1 free year support for its solution after the solution is accepted by customer. This free support covers any fixes that might be needed. All support and maintenance should be negotiated in advance prior to com
mencement. Software will be supported either under an Hourly Basis, Service Level Agreement or on a Per Issue basis. H-Prog will be the only point of contact for any support the client may have with a specific service or product provided by H-Prog .
